Return Policy

At Stationery HQ we take care to pack and deliver every order in perfect condition. If something arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

What can be returned

We accept returns for defective or damaged products only. If your item arrived in good condition and works as described, it is not eligible for return. We do not offer exchanges.

How to report a defective item

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Call or WhatsApp us on 076 363 5253, or send a message through our contact page.
• Please include your order number and a photo of the defective or damaged item — this helps us resolve your case quickly.

What happens next

• Once we verify the defect, you can choose a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund of the item price.
• We will arrange collection of the defective item or ask you to post it back to us — return delivery costs for verified defective items are covered by us.
• Refunds are issued within 7 working days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer.

Items not eligible for return

• Products damaged by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
• Products reported more than 7 days after delivery.
• Change-of-mind returns of non-defective items.

This policy applies to orders delivered within Sri Lanka. It does not affect any rights you have under Sri Lankan consumer protection law. If you have any questions, please get in touch — we are happy to help.
